Instrata Lifestyle Residences Adds Park Slope To Nyc Portfolio

INSTRATA, August 2015

NEW YORK – Aug. 4, 2015 – Redubbed Instrata Park Slope and enhanced with upgraded services, the former Park Slope Property has joined Instrata Lifestyle Residences, making it the luxury rental portfolio’s fifth property in New York City and seventh nationally. Designed by architect Ismael Leyva, with expansive windows and a brick façade evoking the historic neighborhood’s brownstones, the modern 12-story building at 150 Fourth Ave. comprises 95 units, including studio, one- and two-bedrooms, most with balconies and terraces.

“We’re thrilled to include the Park Slope property into the Instrata portfolio,” said Rob Neiffer, director at Invesco Real Estate, the sponsor of Instrata Lifestyle Residences. “The neighborhood is lively yet residential and comfortable, and the building is perfectly outfitted to meet our high standards.”

Lit by a large amoeba-shaped pendant light, the dramatic, two-story attended lobby includes an elongated fireplace with a twisted blackened-steel sculpture, a tiled walnut feature wall behind the reception desk, and veined marble floor.

The ground floor offers a fitness and wellness center featuring state-of-the-art equipment as well yoga classes. The sky-lit residents’ lounge, also on the ground floor, boasts a wet bar, pool table, large flat-screen television and comfortable seating, and connects to a second-floor roof garden with an outdoor exercise space and seating area, where children’s movies will be shown on a bi-weekly basis in the warmer months.

All residential units enjoy high ceilings, solid white oak flooring, solid wood doors and abundant closet space, and include a washer-dryer unit. Gourmet kitchens feature white oak cabinetry, white stone counters, stainless-steel appliances, glass-tiled backsplashes and built-in wine racks. Bathrooms have beige stone walls, porcelain floors, polished-marble vanities, polished-chrome fixtures, deluxe soaking tubs and rainfall showerheads.

On top of the 12th floor, the spectacular roof deck provides a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Manhattan skyline, Verrazano Bridge, Prospect Park and Barclays Center. Its extraordinary amenities include a pergola-covered barbecue and dining area, fire pit with bench-seating, couches, chaise lounges, high top tables, an abundance of plants and flowers, an outdoor shower, and 560 square feet of landscaped grass ending in a waterfall and reflecting pool.

Instrata Park Slope residents enjoy a host of available amenities and benefits, including a hotel-style concierge, laundry and dry cleaning, on-site parking, a pet spa, children’s outdoor play area, storage units, complimentary bicycle racks, and cold and dry grocery storage.

Instrata Park Slope, managed by Adellco Management LLC, is currently 98 percent leased. Unit prices start from $2,995 per month for a studio, $3,300 per month for a one-bedroom and $4,700 per month for a two-bedroom.
