Instrata Lifestyle Residences Teams With Instacart For Nyc'S First In-Unit Grocery Delivery

NEW YORK – June 16, 2015 – Instrata Lifestyle Residences today announced a partnership with Instacart to provide in-unit grocery delivery service to Instrata residents – the first in-unit grocery delivery service for a rental building in New York City.
Instrata residents order via Instacart’s app or online interface, choosing products from Whole Foods, Fairway and/or Costco. If the resident is not at home, an authorized, insured Instrata staff member will receive the delivery and place the groceries in the unit – on the kitchen counter, refrigerator or freezer. Participating residents sign a permission-to-enter form.
“It’s is all about convenience,” explained Rob Neiffer, director of Invesco Real Estate, the sponsor of Instrata Lifestyle Residences. “We partnered with Instacart to make life a little easier for our residents. The unique service of in-unit delivery means one less thing to worry about. You can place an order from anywhere, and whenever you get home, the vegetables are in the refrigerator and the gelato is in the freezer.”
The minimum grocery order is $10, and delivery is available within-the-hour, in a two-hour window, or at a scheduled time. Delivery is priced from $3.99 to $9.99, and a $99 annual Instacart Express Membership provides unlimited free two-hour or scheduled deliveries.
The service will begin at Instrata Gramercy and Instrata NoMad on July 1, rolling out to Instrata at Mercedes House and Instrata Brooklyn Heights on Aug. 1, and then Instrata Pentagon City on Sept. 1.
Instrata recently announced a partnership with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in which Instrata residents are afforded Ritz-Carlton Executive Registration Services anywhere in the world, including early check-in, late check-out, welcome amenity, courtesy car and/or preferred room rate.
