Real Estate Weekly, December 2013
Invesco Real Estate unveiled the first phase of its new luxury rental INSTRATA NoMad, located at 10 East 29th Street.
Formerly known as the Madison Belvedere, Invesco acquired the property in November 2012 and has re-introduced it to the market under the company’s newly formed portfolio of luxury rental buildings in New York City known as INSTRATA Lifestyle Residences.
“We’re very excited to show the brokerage community all of the work that has gone into renovating the homes at INSTRATA NoMad over the last several months,” said Rob Neiffer, director, Invesco Real Estate.
“The building has been brought up to a whole new level, now offering the kind of condo-level finishes, appliances and amenity spaces found throughout the luxury portfolio.
“We look forward to the opening of our new leasing gallery in December and continuing to roll out exciting upgrades including the building’s roof deck.”
INSTRATA NoMad is a 48-story residential rental high-rise offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Private balconies are found off many of the 404 apartments. Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness center with yoga studio, a roof deck, valet, on-site parking, and in-house laundry room. INSTRATA NoMad will also offer a children’s playroom.
